Josh was easy to deal with and I felt that he was pretty much on the level with me. I don't like this new model of not being able to negotiate on price though, takes some of the fun out of buying a vehicle.

When I arrived to collect my car after service, I was kept waiting for an extended period. One assistant was dealing with a customer and the other desk was empty. The assistant failed to acknowledge me or summon help. Eventually, someone arrived.
