Many aspects were excellent, such as working with the sales rep (Josh) to select our model, colour etc and completing a test drive. The process was let down a little by a huge amount of emails, many of them lengthy and legalistic.

Christina was wonderful with an older lady who struggled with the tec she made my journey to my new electric mini much better .I had a problem with my new mini the next day which was sad but Christina helped with the prob

The service done on the 9th is not updated in my car system, and the service warning still appears. Wheel alignment also seems incorrect as the car pulls left. It seems a test drive was not done. The complimentary wash was incomplete as well. I'm dis

Mixed bag. Josh was great, managed to get the brakes changed via the goodwill team. Unfortunately unable to charge the vehicle le post the work being completed (not sure if it was tested after the sensor was replaced) so waiting for Mini assistance

I'm very happy with my lovely new mini and Ollie at mini portslade is super brilliant and extremely very helpful he explained everything in my new mini and set up my phone and key card it was very helpful. No petrol in my new car disappointed !
