The experience has been a really lovely one and Christina who looked after me has been amazing and went through the process step-by-step. Having dyslexia is very tricky when having to fill in documents and Christina helped me.

The lady who helped me Christina Tufft was amazing she explained everything completely and clearly, helped me to choose the best car for my needs and stayed intouch to let me know when my car would arrive. She then shows me how to use my new car

This rating is lower than your staff deserve. The rating reflects my frustration with the procedure involved in getting a routine MOT inspection booked and completed. Whilst I was given every courtesy the attention given was more than I desired.

Every time I visit, the showroom changes, this year the seating area was on the lower level which doesn't make it accessible for people with mobility issues.
