When visiting the centre I was clearly explained all of the different options that were available to me and the pros and cons of each. I didn't feel pushed at all and was given time to enjoy a test drive and consider my options.

The experience has been a really lovely one and Christina who looked after me has been amazing and went through the process step-by-step. Having dyslexia is very tricky when having to fill in documents and Christina helped me.

George is a true credit to your company. As a handover from Christina, he puppet the same level of service that I'd become accustomed to from her. He didn't make me feel less of a person just because side it was a motability vehicle.

When the car brake fluids were changed something went wrong, the brakes were not working correct and we had to return to the garage for it to be fixed.

They are always great at the centre - this time they couldn't get a bolt off and have re-booked but they handled it really well and have booked me a courtesy car for the re-book. In contrast the cold call feedback team were rude.

Unfortunately, my car failed its MOT due to a previously unknown tear in one of the tyres. Thankfully, all was explained to me and it was replaced and retested the same day, it just meant a very long wait from 10am to 3.30pm.

Because I fell like they think I'm a pain to them as reported problem with clutch and they did I not want to know I had to kick up a stink to get it sorted Ollie is fine but I definitely don't feel welcome

I had MOT and a full service. Josh was great, and lots of friendly texts and calls keeping me updated. The bad things, my dash board alerts remained on for 24 hours? The valet didn't clean the boot, which was full of dog hair, parts had to be ordered

Shydon arranged to book me in, then went through the details by my car. He kept me up to date with the progress including talking with the Body shop. So I collected my car with everything sorted.

It was ok but I ended up having to pick my car up the next day as a tyre needed to be ordered. Given that I dropped my car at 8.20 I think this check could have been done earlier. My car was not checked until the afternoon.

This rating is lower than your staff deserve. The rating reflects my frustration with the procedure involved in getting a routine MOT inspection booked and completed. Whilst I was given every courtesy the attention given was more than I desired.

Said they were gonna do a 15 minute check turned out to be waiting two days for a diagnostic said I would have to pay £99 for a software update to see if it could fix my problem. I wouldn't be charged if it didn't work, it didn't work and was charged

I had to wait longer than I originally expected for the work to be completed . Because calls are handheld by a central reception I spent a lot of time on hold and found it impossible to get any messages to or speak directly to local staff.

When I took my mini in for the service I had no warning light and when I picked my mini up there was a bulb out and the warning light was on. I would have been happy to pay for a replacement bulb and the other minor issues they suggested.
